QWhat is the payment term for a new customer?
We support online trade assurance orders allowing payment via credit card (MasterCard, Visa), PayPal, or wire transfer (T/T).
QI cannot find a suitable motor on your website, can you customize the motor for me?
Yes, we can customize parameters, dimensions, and specifications to align perfectly with your requirements.
QDo you have certificates for the motors?
Yes, we hold CE, FCC, ISO, and other relevant standard credentials. We can also apply for specific certificates upon your request.
QHow is your Quality Control managed?
We maintain dedicated inspection staff across all production lines. Finished units undergo rigorous testing on diagnostic gear including Hardness Testers, 2.5D Image Testers, Salt Spray Chambers, Life Testers, Temperature Test Machines, and Noise Testers.
QWhat is the lead time for product samples and mass production?
Generally, samples take around 7-10 days to prepare, while mass production runs take 20-30 days depending on the customization details and overall order volume.
